Booking Deposits:

 

All bookings made at Ink Beauty London require a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount. Failure to pay the deposit may result in your appointment not being confirmed. The deposit will be applied to the final bill during your appointment at the salon.

  • Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to cover our business expenses and account for loss of earnings associated with missed and cancelled appointments that cannot be filled in time.

  • Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment time to accommodate other clients. In such cases, the full appointment fee will still apply.

  • Payment:

Payment for services rendered is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and major credit cards.

  • Service Guarantee:

We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please inform us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  • Health & Safety:

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety.

  • Children & Guests:

To maintain a relaxing environment for all our clients, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are receiving services.

  • Changes to Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
